Branding and an effective UI/UX funnel! A good brand is a sticky brand. A sticky brand is one that sticks in people's minds so that the moment they have a real-world problem that your business solves, your brand pops up in their head. So the moment Sarah or Billy gets a toothache, Luna Dental's logo pops up in their head - prompting them to reach out for business. I could ramble about what makes a strong brand for eons, but the most effective and singular factor of strong branding that I have found, is Cohesiveness. From the font and colors used, to the wording of the content and the organization of the user flow through the site - it all needs to be perfectly aligned in order to create a strong, effective brand. If a brand is incohesive, it will immediately lose its "stickiness" in your potential customer's brain, hurting their future conversion potential.
